Your First Free Consultation Appointment
We believe that your first orthodontic visit is your most important one. Your first appointment will begin with a tour of our office and an introduction to the members of our team.
You’ll be welcomed by our team, introduced to our orthodontist Dr. Garcia-Paul and shown around our office. Our highly-trained, orthodontic treatment coordinator will then take some digital photographs of your teeth. If necessary, a panoramic and cephalometric X-ray will be taken. These images are the best way for us to see your teeth, jaws, and facial soft tissue.
After reviewing these records, Dr. Garcia-Paul will join you in a private consultation room to discuss your individualized and unique treatment plan. Dr. Garcia-Paul will point out specific areas of concern and show you what kind of corrections you can expect by showing photos and videos of similar cases.
During your comprehensive initial exam, Dr. Garcia-Paul will develop a personalized treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs. We will help you understand how orthodontic treatment can have a positive impact for you or your child.
She will take as much time as needed to answer your questions and decide what kind of treatment is best for you. Dr. Garcia-Paul and her assistant will then walk you through the process.
After your consultation, you will have ample opportunity to meet with our financial coordinator to discuss treatment costs, insurance options, and payment plans.

Starting Treatment
Our office offers a convenient, same-day start program. If you are ready to begin treatment, we can place the braces or take your Invisalign scan on the same day as your consult!
This allows you to avoid taking additional time off from school or work for the bonding appointment.
Follow-Up Appointments
During treatment, appointments will be scheduled every 6 to 8 weeks. The appointments will vary in length from 20 to 40 minutes, depending on the adjustments that are required.
We make every effort to run on time for our patients and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot make it to a scheduled appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible.
